Q)  How far in advance should I book my appointment?

It is highly recommended that guests schedule their next appointment prior to leaving their visit in the salon. This better ensures the proper amount of time needed for your next visit. I am unable to accept walk-ins due to the extensive nature of the color services provided to guests. 

Q)  Will you remind me of my appointment?

Yes. Your appointment will be confirmed through a text message 48 hours prior to your appointment via the phone number you provided upon reserving your appointment. This allows plenty of time for you to contact the salon within 24 hours if there is a need to change or cancel it.

Q)  What if I need to cancel my appointment?

A 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule is greatly appreciated. It is understandable circumstances may arise that prohibit you from giving proper notification for missing an appointment, however a 24 hour cancellation notice is required. If less than 24 hour notice is given to cancel or reschedule there will be a 50% deposit required to reserve another appointment. The deposit will be used in full towards your next scheduled appointment, but it is non refundable if you cancel or reschedule. This policy ensures fairness to the salon and to each guest, allowing everyone to reserve their appointment at the earliest availability. 

Q)  When should I arrive?

5-10 minutes before your service is suggested. This allows plenty of time to provide you with snacks and refreshments and to make yourself at home before your appointment. 

Q)  What if I'm running late?

We all run behind at times, so this is completely understandable. If you find yourself running late please contact the salon if you think you will be more than 15 minutes after your appointment time. I will always do my best to accommodate you, although I can not guarantee to provide the services you are originally scheduled for. The salon's goal is to provide every guest, every time with an unforgettable and customized experience. 

Q)  How do I choose the right treatments and or products for my hair?

I will recommend and pull products during your service that are available for purchase when washing/styling your hair, and fully customize these products for your specific needs as well as educating you on how to use them. The use of professional products is highly encouraged at home to maintain your new look and the overall health of your hair between visits.
